The Tigard Public Library will hold its fourth Food-for-Fines drive Sunday, Jan. 15 –Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012.  For every two non-perishable food items donated, the library will waive $1 of fines from library patrons’ accounts, up to $10. Attention Potso Dog Park Users The City of Tigard Parks Department has been made aware of the issue with the fencing that is shared between the large dog entrance area and the small dog area.
